How does light therapy work for UTI pain?
Our light therapy technology uses specific wavelengths that penetrate tissue to help reduce inflammation and discomfort associated with UTIs. The therapy works locally without the need for medications.
Is your product FDA approved?
Currently, we are going through the FDA Class II (510(k)-exempt) medical device process, which allows certain low-risk therapeutic devices to enter the market without the traditional 510(k) clearance. This pathway still requires adherence to safety and manufacturing standards and ensures our product is appropriately registered with the FDA. While our product does not require a prescription, we are committed to rigorous testing and clinical validation to ensure both efficacy and user safety. In the future, we hope to pursue insurance reimbursement so more people can access MinaRosa as an affordable, non-invasive solution for UTI-related pain.
